Yes, vSpace Pro LTS and vSpace Pro Enterprise versions are both free to download. The following restrictions apply to use the software:

  • For vSpace Pro LTS is free to use with eligible NComputing devices.
  • For vSpace Pro Enterprise you will be required to have an active subscription to AMP on all connected devices to allow more than 5 concurrent connections.

vSpace Pro Enterprise is the focal point for future enhancements and development. vSpace Pro Enterprise already includes advanced features such as scalability improvements for large deployments, latest Windows OS support including Windows Server 2022 & 2025, Windows 10 & 11, and multi-touch monitor support. vSpace Pro Enterprise also supports the latest endpoint solutions.

All connected devices must have the appropriate license.

vSpace Pro LTS is intended to be used by NComputing customers who wish to stay on the long-term support for their deployment without feature and functionality enhancement. This is the long-term support (LTS) version that is replacing the previously released vSpace Pro versions. NComputing does not plan on adding significant new features or enhancements to this version. However, from time to time we will release new versions of vSpace Pro LTS to address critical security patches.

RX-HDX is designed based on the popular Raspberry Pi 3 Model B platform. The device comes with built-in 10/100 Ethernet and integrated 802.11 b/g/n (2.4GHz) WiFi.RX-HDX+ is a newly released model based on the new Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ platform. The device comes with built-in Gigabit Ethernet and integrated 802.11 b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz) Wifi.

For organization that deploys endpoints using wire connections, RX-HDX is the ideal endpoint device.

For organization that deploys endpoints using WLAN, RX-HDX+ is the ideal device with 5Ghz WLAN deployment support.

Each RX-RDP, RX-RDP+, RX420(RDP) and LEAFOS(x86) device comes with a perpetual license for the PMC software and first-year complimentary software maintenance updates (AMP for RX-RDP). Extended AMP for RDP licenses must be purchased and allocated to each RX-RDP, RX-RDP+, RX420(RDP), and/or LEAFOS(x86) device to allow new firmware updates after the first-year.

For RX300, a valid AMP for vSpace Pro ;or AMP for VERDE VDI subscription is required.

PMC supports LEAF OS devices (PCs and Laptpos), RX420(RDP), RX-RDP+, RX300 and RX-RDP thin clients. PMC will not manage third party devices.

NComputing PMC is an endpoint management system designed and developed to remotely manage NComputing access devices including LEAF OS devices (PCs/Laptops), RX420(RDP), RX-RDP+, RX-RDP and RX300. PMC is provided as a virtual appliance and can be easily deployed on Azure Cloud, or installed on any VM that is compatible with VMWare ESXi, Citrix XenServer or Hyper-V.

RX-RDP / RX-RDP+ firmware can be obtained from the NComputing software download page. During the first year (after registration) the firmware can be applied directly to the device (using FTP or web URL) or pushed from the NComputing PMC Endpoint Management software. After the first year the device can only receive firmware updated from PMC if the device has an active AMP for RX-RDP software maintenance update license.
