There are multiple benefits that come with registering your devices with the NComputing Management Portal:

• Registration automatically enables device management using PMC Endpoint Manager.
• Unlock the 1-year bundled software maintenance update subscription (Device AMP) that comes with your purchase to access future firmware updates.
• Extend the hardware warranty - registration extends the standard 1-year warranty from the date of manufacture to 1-year from the date of first use (not to exceed 18 months from the date of manufacture).
• Expedited hardware warranty claims.
• Maintain a comprehensive list devices through the NComputing Management Portal.
• Flag a device as "lost" if the device is misplaced or stolen. This can help prevent unauthorize use. Stolen devices that have been flagged as "lost" cannot be registered or managed (e.g., through PMC Endpoint Manager, warranty extension, or RMA claims).
• Quickly determine warranty and AMP status.
