Raj Dhingra is the Chief Executive Officer for NComputing. He is a twenty-year veteran of the technology industry with a track record of building strong, sustainable and profitable industry leadership positions in new and emerging categories. Dhingra brings entrepreneurial drive and success to his position and provides depth in general management, business development, products,, sales and marketing.
Prior to joining NComputing in April 2011, Dhingra was Vice President and General Manager at Citrix where he led the company's desktop virtualization business from zero to half a billion dollars in sales growth over a 3-year period. In addition to his leadership role in global virtualization companies, Dhingra has held executive leadership positions in public companies, including McAfee, 3Com and SonicWALL, and at startups, including IntruVert Networks (acquired by McAfee) and PortAuthority Technologies (acquired by Websense). Dhingra is recognized as an expert in virtualization and has been a speaker for industry conferences, TV and recently at TEDx.
Dhingra holds an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business and a B.E.(Hons) from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.

Gabriele Sartori is the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Engineering at NComputing. He brings more than 30 years of technology and hardware development experience to the position and leads the hardware platform development. He is responsible for several computer architecture and remote desktop patents, and lead the development team for the new Numo3 SoC hardware design for the N-series Thin Clients for Citrix HDX.
Prior to NComputing, Sartori held executive positions at Spansion, Luxtera and Advanced Micro Devices. At AMD, he was the driving force behind HyperTransport, the revolutionary bus used by the Opteron CPUs. Sartori also ran R&D for Desktop PC and Workstations at Olivetti, Italy.
Sartori has been awarded over 10 patents and has a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the Technical Institute of Biella, Italy.

Pam Gosal is the Vice President of Global Human Resources at NComputing. She is responsible for the company’s global human resource strategy, operations and programs, including talent acquisition as well as employee, team and organizational development and rewards.
Pam has served as an Executive Vice President of Human Resources in publicly traded companies, including Ikanos Communications and FiberTower Corp. She has developed and scaled global companies with venture backing for profitable growth, exponential growth and IPO (Leica Geosystems HDS, OneSecure/acquired by Juniper Networks and Guidewire Software). Pam has also served on several global teams driving merger and acquisitions activities. Pam began her career in Senior HR Business Partnering roles at Ernst & Young, Apple and Cisco.
Pam has a Master in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster Business School, London, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Administration from the University College of Wales, Bangor, UK.

Simon Pearce is the Senior Vice President for NComputing Worldwide Sales. He offers 20 years of experience in the software business and in-depth knowledge of desktop virtualization and international sales.
Prior to NComputing, he was with Quest Software for 14 years, initially establishing and then leading the European business with revenues of more than $200 million across EMEA. More recently, he was Vice President and General Manager for Quest's global desktop virtualization business. Pearce also has held various management positions at ParcPlace and CPG, an Australian company.

Jody Sinclair is Senior Director of Business Development & Alliances. In this role, she leads NComputing’s business development and alliance efforts with technology and marketing partners, channel partners and resellers.
Sinclair has led business development initiatives at high-profile companies including Senior Director of sales and business development at Jamcracker and Trimble Navigation and Business Development Executive at Citrix Online to achieve their business goals. Jody has created partnerships with major industry players, including Ingram Micro, Panasonic, AT&T, Sprint, Motorola, Intuit, Hewlett Packard and Microsoft.
In addition to a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Management from University of Phoenix Jody has attended Business and Management executive programs at Stanford University in strategy, marketing and negotiations. She is a member of Women in Technology International (WITI) and the Telecom Council (TC).

Mike Pagani has over 20 years of IT industry experience spanning computer software, hardware and networking solutions. Mike has broad, in-depth Desktop Virtualization knowledge and experience. Prior to joining NComputing in February of 2011, he had global responsibility for Product Marketing within Quest Software’s Desktop Virtualization Group. Mike has also held senior executive level strategic Technology and Marketing positions within a diverse set of organizations including Redwood Software, Quad Research, Magellan Software (now OpenText) and Stay-Linked.

Sai Allavarpu is the Vice President of Products and Strategy at NComputing. Allavarpu brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, product management, engineering, alliances and mergers and acquisitions, coupled with a passion for creating and transforming markets for the cloud, mobile and consumerization era.
Prior to NComputing, Allavarpu ramped several incubation products to the top three market positions and managed $100M+ businesses. At Citrix, he led the product marketing organizations for security, network acceleration and cloud gateway solutions for desktop virtualization. Allavarpu also led product management and marketing at HP for security and identity management, and IT Service Management software solutions. Prior to HP, Mr. Allavarpu served in various leadership positions at Sun Microsystems in product management, marketing and engineering across enterprise and service provider segments in diverse technology areas such as security, identity management, network and systems management and enterprise portals.
Allavarpu served as chairman of the marketing and technology councils at the Liberty Alliance of 150+ enterprises and government organizations that developed federated identity and security standards for cloud services. Allavarpu has been awarded 17 technology patents and received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Osmania University, India, and a Master in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
