After some time usage OfficeStation, the keyboard and mouse server can not be used adequately, no button works well, the click of the mouse are not working as it should be. We change keyboard and mouse and remains the same. we must restart your computer to fix it, but only after a certain point because begins to malfunction mouse and keyboard. It was signed off the OfficeStation and restart the server, then the keyboard and mouse have returned to annoy. In that I can help?. This only happens in the server computer. I have Windows Server 2003 Standard SP1. The Mouse and keyboard have port PS2.

You try to use Genius make Keyboard. It will be done.
Or make sure to use same make / model keyboard and mouse in server and client side.

Keyboard and mouse are the same mark (Genius) on the server and client.

I assume you mean that after the server has been running for a number of days you start having keyboard and mouse issues?

Even though you are using the server version of the software, I still think Ncomputing causes memory leaks. If you tried scheduling a restart of the server once a day would that solve your problem?

If that does not work, I would suggest you download the latest version of the NCT software, you are 2 versions behind now.

place the same keyboard and mouse models on the server and in the stations and still the same problem with the keyboard and mouse server. Since the update to the version 4.03.0091.3.

The workaround is to restart the server. Then the same thing happens with the keyboard and mouse.
