I'm a new IT manager at a high school that uses x300 systems. I need to find the updated host software to resolve some issues, one of them being the nag message asking me to fix the win2k.sys file with an update (or whatever the .sys file is....). I've clicked the download center, but there is nothing there but documentation.

Where is the software at?

Try doing an "on line" update through the NCX -2000 console.

I figured that one out from the start, only problem is the update function is password protected and naturally nobody knows the password. I guess I'll have to uninstall the software then re-install it.

Software download links are available within the knowledgebase (http://www.ncomputing.com/support.aspx), just search for "software download" and click the top result. This knowledgebase article will be updated as the links change.
