I have two cards in my pc (intel Core2 Duo / 2.40 ghz / 1gig ram / xp pro sp3) and the second card works intermittently.

They each have their own IRQ, what else could keep one card form working?  They both worked long enough to register 5 stations.

Hi,

Have you tried swapping the cards in their sockets?

I had a similar problem, I took the cards out, cleaned the contacts and returned them and it's been fine since, seems like one was just not quite seated correctly.
