Hello All,

I work for a K-12 district and just recently purchased an X300 system. The desktop that the system is running on is a Dell GX260 with a Pentium 4 2.4 GHz processor and 2 GB of RAM. It is running Windows XP Pro SP2. I have one PCI card installed with all three ports hooked up. I have installed everything as the instructions say to do it. All of the connections should be fine since I have a logon screen on all three stations and the ability to use the mouse and keyboard. I am able to log into the Host without a problem. The problem is logging into any three of the stations. After I enter a username and password, a message comes up saying "Terminating Winlogon." The station will then restart to the logon screen. Since we have never used a product like this before, we don't know where to begin. Thanks in advance for all of your help.

Are you using the pre-installed Dell version of your OS?
If you are, go find an actual copy and re-install from scratch.
There are many problems with Dell installed OSs.

This could be a dumb answer but make sure you dont have conflicting Terminal serial no's.

This is a Known issue with installing the fresh .92 update. uninstall the xtenda software and install a older version, reboot then update to .92
