Hi, I'm trying to use a L230 but after installed the software and restarted the system I can't see anything.

Just a blak screen but the system is working.

Uninstalling the software everything work fine again.

Can you help me?

I'm using windows xp sp2 trying the last version of software (download from the site).

Maybe problem with AVG antivirus, Zonealarm firewall or spyware terminator?

Try to disable zonealarm firewall first. If this doesn't work try uninstall zonealarm. We do have this problem but ours is kaspersky enterprise. We uninstall Kaspersky and install McAfee instead. One more thing is the L230 shouldn't be blank when the bios start up. It should have Ncomputing login screen. If the screen is blank then either the monitor is not plug correctly or the L230 is not working on the VGA.

Thank you very much now I can see the system but .... I can't make the registration because can't obtain the serial number.

The client (L230) is up and running and in the connection window I find my server.

On the server is not possible to find the serial number of the client but .... if I click in the white box (where the number must be) the windows error notification appear and close the NComputingWizzard Application.

What can be? What can I try to do?

Maybe is possible to make registration without the wizzard?

OK everything is working fine.

Now test the system before to offer to customers.
