Is there a fix for this problem yet?
I have already
- Upgraded the NCT-2000-XP console program to the newest version (4.whatever it is) that I downloaded and installed yesterday.
- Added all of the user to the Remote Desktop Users
- Made all of the users administrators of the local PC
- Added all of the users to the Allow Logn through Terminal Services under Local Security Settings
I've also uninstalled Service Pack 3.
None of the changes made any difference. I am able to use standard Remtoe Desktop and establish an RDP session from another computer to the server machine that has the NCT-2000-XP Console program installed. But the L-100's and L-230's (I have three of each) will not work.
I need a solution NOW. And if that solution is re-format and re-install the server machine, I can guarantee I've bought the last N-Computing equipment I will ever buy. Service Pack 3 has been out long enough to expect a solution from a reasonable software vendor. |
