I have also try to upgrade the NCT to 4.30.094 , and still can't login the windows form Officestation

Now I need to unistall the SP3 let the user login the host.

I hope Ncomputing can fix this problem A.S.A.P.!

For information on login issues related to Service Pack 3, I would recommend going to our searchable knowledgebase (http://www.ncomputing.com/support.aspx) and entering the search strings "336", "334", and "301".  Additionally, searching for various keywords related to your issue (such as "login" and "sp3") may turn up additional resources. 

Is there a fix for this problem yet?

I have already

• Upgraded the NCT-2000-XP console program to the newest version (4.whatever it is) that I downloaded and installed yesterday.
• Added all of the user to the Remote Desktop Users
• Made all of the users administrators of the local PC
• Added all of the users to the Allow Logn through Terminal Services  under Local Security Settings

I've also uninstalled Service Pack 3. 

None of the changes made any difference.  I am able to use standard Remtoe Desktop and establish an RDP session from another computer to the server machine that has the NCT-2000-XP Console program installed. But the  L-100's and L-230's (I have three of each) will not work. 

I need a solution NOW.  And if that solution is re-format and re-install the server machine, I can guarantee I've bought the last N-Computing equipment I will ever buy.  Service Pack 3 has been out long enough to expect a solution from a reasonable software vendor.  

Try installing version 4.03.090 in your XP SP3 host with the compatibility mode activate for Windows 2000

After what, upgrade to 4.03.091 : it should work
After what, upgrade to 4.03.094 : that's all :)


NOTE : do not uninstall NComputing software before you do the upgrade, it will update it self and remove old version it self.
