Did you change the resolution in Windows or on the L200?

Do you have windows update on automatic?

Did your firewall or virus software update itself?

Can you log directly onto the machine not through the L200?

Did you check what updates were done and un do them?
That is where I would start.
Once that is done and if you still connect connect, check if the ncomputing services are starting.
or un install the nct and re install it.

What kind of firewall are you running? Hardware or Software?

When you "un-installed and re-installed software" with latest version, did you flash update the l200 boxes? If you didn't that could be your problem.

It is not strickly supposed to be necessary to flash the boxes, but it can solve problems. Password: "updateme"
