My company using 25 units of L100 and 10 units of L110. As far as I know, the L100 doesn't have serial number embedded in it. So I need to key in the serial number manually. The problem is that the latest NCT-2000-XP (v91 & v94) doesn't have the function anymore. All the computers in the company are controlled by server and the I can't turn off the Auto Updates manually and it's running on Windows XP Service Pack 3.

Right now, all the L100 users can't connect to the Terminal Server because of the updates. Is there any solution for my problems besides removing Service Pack 3? This is an urgent as there are 25 employees can't do their daily job.
