I am getting error message while connecting to NCT Server i.e. 0000009a. And another message is "Host Unreachable" this message comes very frequently.

 If I physically power off and keep it OFF for two minutes it works fine.

Any suggestion ?

I am using Windows 2003 Server with 4.03.91 NCT install. Processor is 2 x 2 GHz Xeon,4 GB RAM, 160BG Sata HDD.

Are the clients set with Static Ip's or dynamic?
It sounds like you have more than one dhcp server running.
Most errors occur between the ears

All the Client systems are configured with static IP.
