I get this :

Authorization warning

When two PC Expanions use the same serial number simultaneously,

this error message appears. The serial number embedded in the

product does not reproduce this message.

Check Point :

Check all serial numbers in the NCT-2000-XP program console.

I checked everything and I still get this error on 2 of my stations.

This is running on a Windows 2003 server Enterprise edition RC2. Norton antivirus is running as well. I have another system almost identical running just fine, no Norton on this machine. Version on NCT software is 4.03.084.

I cannot update the software, get an error there to, will deal with that in another post later.

Not sure what is the cause of this error and would like to know if anyone else has dealt with this successfully. I have also looked in the FAQ section and nothing there.

Update:

This was happening on 3 of my terminals. I put them back onto the old server for now, but need to get this figured out and move them to new server soon.

 Update 5-29-08:

Installed Service Pack 2 on server and still getting this error on the same 3 terminals. These are all the L100 series. I have tried unregistering and deleting then reinstalling the serial number. Still get this error.
