One area where NComputing deeply lacks is the output of debugging information when the system crashes. It would be highly useful if they had a reporting tool or passed information to the Windows Event Viewer, in the unlikely event of a crash.

I have spent numerous hours on the phone with customer support in regards to recent crashes. Anywhere from network consumption to driver issues, to patches that may be causing the issues. In a world that is time and money, it could be just one small issue that's causing the big problem.

In the six months of deployment, I've nearly heard it all. Including being on hold for way to long only to hear they don't know. The technicians are wonderful assisting and helping out. If the engineers would only write a small piece of code to output the causing the crashing, it would help us all out and improve the product tremendously.
