To support a previous post, USB ports would be a great benefit.  USB mice and keyboards are standard now.  It's a royal pain to have to use converter plugs just to get things to plug into an obsolete port.  The terminal has to be plugged in for power anyway, add in a bit more juice to power the keyboard and mouse!  Even PCs are coming without PS2 ports anymore.  Time to keep up!

It is not the power or lack of want. It is a latency problem. A USB keyboard and mouse "need" CPU power to work therefore the trip from your keyboard to the computer and back causes that latency.

Yes, we understand the request and it is has been posted in our feature request database. 

Just for clarification, our products are designed to operate with PS/2 signals . As you have experienced, USB keyboard and mice that support these signals may work with our products, but we can't assure that all USB keyboards/mice will function in this manner.

I'm glad it's at least in the feature request database. The overwhelming majority of input devices sold are USB. The only way to currently connect that to your product is through an adapter.
