Hi All,

We are using L-series of NC and our NC server is using windows2003 enterprise SP2, it 's a member of domain with NOD32 anti virus installed. We have some clients problem which is suddenly logout  and couldn;t login again, until we deleted the session or restart the machine. The status in admin console is "established but not connected". Does anyone know how to solve this problem (active directory/domain)? does the antivirus cause  the problem ?  so far our another office using the same but in workgroup doesn't have any problem.

Please help.

Are the clients logging into the domain or local? Have you used the "reset" on the L230? Is NOD32 have a firewall or just AV? I have one l230 that has that problem once in a blue moon, I use the "reset" and then it connects fine. I have also notice that if the NCT software is installed first then the AV, I have had less problems. Seems like the AV make exceptions automaticly?
