I have a network firewall and cannot use the update utility to update my server either manually or automatically,

What are my current options?

I would contact Cust Support and have them email to you.

It turns out that not all of my teminals were registered which is why my system would not auto update but now somthing new has happened. The update system almost installed and stopped and said that I did not qualify, at which point it opened up a web page asking for my registered serial numbers, date of purchase, price of purchase, and place of purchase.

What is this?

(Not a PEBKAC)

Must be something new, email or call customer support. They don't always reply on the forum.

Do you have older L100s? The ones were you have to enter all of the serial numbers etc manually into the registration console?
