Can you please read the FAQ -- particularly the parts about how to ask a question and what to include? Then post again.

Thank you.

If you run the video non-full screen does it run okay or is the Windows media player run slow all the time, including audio?

In all cases, in full size, half size and others,  with and without sound.

I used to have this problem on my other server Windows XP Home SP2. I tried to re-install Windows media player and that did not fix the problem. The problem was not fixed until switched machines to Windows XP Pro SP2 so of course I had a fresh install. Everthing has worked after that.

I think you should un-install the PCExpanion Software, Un-install Windows media player and then re-install the Media player and then the PC Expanion software.
