hello, i want to know what will happen in this case :

if the the computer freezes up  or it got restarted what happens to the other users ? and how about if one of the users is not working,, will it affect the others ?

To answer your other question; If a user freezes a program, it does not mean that all of the other users freeze.  I have had many occasions where one user has had to log off and log back on to fix a quirk in a program.  This does not affect the other users.  I of course have also had a program lock up so solid it locked everybody, but that has been very rare.
