hello! my old L series software version is 4.03.81. I downloaded the new version 4.03.91 and install it manually. on the last part of where the installation will process... may installation windows hang.. the progress bar the "flying document animation" not moving. what will be the problem of my upgrading... i disable the antivirus and firewall also... please help.

Did you reboot the system before you tried to install?

Did you update Windows first? I noticed my 0.94 install failed until I updated windows by a few patches. Have you tried the new .94 version?

have you tried uninstalling the older .81 software then installing .91 and not updating it
