how does Ncomputing work for an organization with a domain controller? if we have 5 devices connected to one computer, how do we authenticate with the server?

When you log into the unit/Operating system you should have a choice to log in Local or to the Domain.  If you have it set correctly you just log into the domain.  If the Host machine is joined to the domain, it should authenticate like a normal domain log in.  I am assuming you are using Windows with Active Directory.

if a machine is added to your domain, there should not be any problem. perharps you may have forgottento choose the option to log in to the domain
