Yes,

the nightmare is back.

After installing the Ncomputing software (first installation on this server) 4.03.094 it is not more possible to restart the WIN O.S.

Infact during the boot there is a wonderful blue screen indicating problem on WIN32K.SYS.

I spent two days before to undersand that the problem was due to the Ncomputing software.

By the way starting in Safe Mode and disabling the autostart in Multiusers mode the system start to works properly again.

Re-activating the Multiusers mode on Ncomputing console and restarting the WIN2K3 the sytem doesn't boot again.

I have N.10 blinds L230 modules................

Do you have any suggestions?

Just to add some details:

previously there was only and incompatibility between Module win32k.sys and the  MS update KB941693 showing and error message.
Now the WIN2K3 cannot boot more showing a fantastic blue screen.

Is there any other user, with a super updated WIN2K3 OS,  having this problem?

Te only way to solve it and reboot the OS is to stop the NComputing module in Safe mode.

Just a reply to tell you : you are not alone.

I did have the same problem on a Dell PowerEdger 1800 with Windows 2003 SP2 (not the R2) and the only thing i have to do is tho remove the NCOmputing software and every thing went gone.

But, when NComputing software was installed, after some reboot, there were no errors at all.
The blue screen came after a long period uptime and a last reboot (because of a very big memory leak caused by the NComputing software), after what, i couldnt' use my server ...
I did not re-installed the software on this machine.

So i think, that if you reboot your server daily or every 2 day, may be it won't go the BSOD ...

If you have time, you could try :
- uninstall NComputing sofware in safe mode
- reboot in normal mode.
- reboot again, one day later, or one hour later (just to let Windows doing what he has to do)
- re-install NComputing software
- schedule a reboot of your server every 2 days, or 1 day if he is extremelly used by L-series or X-series.

thank you for your reply.
After some emails exchanged with NComputing support team (I sent them the nfo file of my machine) we discovered that the problem was related to the AVG File Server antivirus. I need to remove completely it.
Obviously we can say: who is the problem? Is the AVG or the NComputing software? By the way the two software cannot run on same machine.
I hope they will find a solution to it, because I already have license for my server.......
