I upgraded my computer system and was trying to re-install the PC Expanion L200.  Durring installation I get one of two error messages:  If I load the install program from the disk I get a "not compatible with SP3" msg, and if I load the newer version from the net, I get a msg that says "The program you have started is not complete or is corrupted".  I can't seem to get around that.  Any Ideas out there?

BTW: I have XP Pro with SP3.  I disabled firewall, disabled virus software, and I tried restarting the computer and trying again.

Also, I am hoping that the software will solve a problem I have:  I bought a "smart display" which is basically a thin client built into a touch monitor (Viewsonic Air Panel) and whenever it logs in, it kicks my secretary off the computer!  Then if she logs back in, it kicks my smart display off.  I think it is a "multiple simultaneous user" issue and thought NCT might fix it. Do you know if this will fix it?

Error messages like "The program you have started is not complete or is corrupted" can be resolved by re-downloading the file (in this case, www.ncomputing.com/download/L230.zip; search our knowledgebase), and manually extracting its contents to the desktop before running the setup.  NOTE: You should extract all of the files to the same destination before running the setup.
