Is anyone having sound issues when using 2 X300 cards.  I get sound from all stations (4) using one card, however, when using 2 cards I only get sound out of the host station...  Any ideas or suggestions?

Yes other peopl are having this issue. But unfortunately for you, the solution is on the old forum. Wouldn't it be great if you could search the old forum? I am afraid you will have to wait until somebody with the solution comes through the forum or you can try to contact Ncomputing directly. But, good news is I do remember that there is a solution.

I too have the same problem, though I haven't tried audio with only one card. NComputing technical support blames Intel's "virtualization technology" for breaking their [poorly implemented] drivers. NComputing is aware of the situation and is working on a solution as of this writing. I know it doesn't help, but hopefully it is of some comfort. Now, if it can be fixed before the school year starts...

[Update] It seems that after I installed the full-version (as opposed to the trial-version) of Windows 2003 Server, installed the correct audio drivers (Realtek doesn't have any W2K3-specific drivers, had to use "universal drivers"), AND registered each of the X300 boxes, I now have perfect audio at each station. This is the same machine, with two X300 cards and five stations.

I first noticed that I had audio when I logged into one of the stations to the chime of Windows. I couldn't believe it! I checked another- failure. I knew it was too good to be true. I did some more looking and realized that the only station that had audio was the only station who's serial number was registered. As soon as I registered the the other four, they had audio.

Perhaps NComputing was wrong about their initial diagnosis? I don't know if it can be that "simple" for anyone else, but it worked for me and now I'm a happy camper. Good luck!
