I recently updated my Win XP to SP3, however I am getting a message that NCS-2000-XP is not compatiblie with SP3.

After install of SP3, I tried the two station I have installed.  The first station worked, but the second station took an error and shut down.

When can we expect an upgrade of the software to be compatible with SP3?

I am going to restore back to the previous configuration while I am waiting.

I don't know if you got a response of not, but I am running into the same problem. The latest x300.zip file doesn't seem to clear up the issue either.

While browsing the general discussion, there was a post made saying that this issue is resolved with version 4.03.094.  Have not tested this myself, plan to this week.

For information on Service Pack 3 compatibility, I would recommend that you check the software readmes available in our searchable knowledgebase at http://www.ncomputing.com/support.aspx.  Searching for "readme" returns a list of the product readmes, including those for our two latest updates.

Hello,

Actually it looks like .094 is for the L-series while the .092 is for the X series.  I have had no luck with the .092 software.  The previous version is rock solid but won't run on SP3.  I have tried multiple different machine configuration with varying poor results.  I just rolled my stations back to SP2 for now with the .088 software until they get a fix.
