And the following I have a server with the windows server 2003 r2 and each user who enter the station has a unit of network (h:) where they store their data. The problem, and that when there are pens that are with the same letter of the drive (h:) and only one appears. I do not know if this and problems of the operating system or the stations. I need help thanks

Try this, or search Microsoft for the server version of the same thing.  It worked for my removable drives.

I had already tried that and it only works for one brand and model of the pen if there is another he gives a new letter.

I am not sure I completely understand the issue. You have a mapped location that stores data for your user, and then when they stick a USB drive in the USB can be assigned the same map letter?
That should be impossible if the map letter is assigned the USB should not be able to take that letter.

Why not set your map drive to Y: or something equally far down the alphabet?

but that's the problem! And yes it is possible the operating system assigns the same letter the pen that there is a mapping network. What about putting a higher letter to the mapping of network addresses but rather is not the solution. This should be problems of operating system. Thanks anyway

Okay, I agree the OS is not supposed to let that happen. So the way I see it, you have a choice; fight with the OS because it is supposed to do something, or use a simple work-around.
