i hope that the maximum connection limit from 30 users in server 2003 can be increased or even be changed to an unlimited number of users depending on the server specifications.

That is a Microsoft limitation of 30 for server and 10 for workstation.  I believe Linux is allowed scaling up to hardware limitations.

Maybe Linux is limited now too.  I have not tried that in a while. 
The website seems to indicate only 30 clients.

I don't think it's a Microsoft limitation ... but a NComputing's limitation, because before and include Version 4.030.090 we did have to connect 10 users include host to Windows XP station.

Since version 4.030.091 and 4.030.094, we can connect 11 users include host to Windows XP station.

They said that's was a MS limitation, but MS only limit 10 sessions throught SMB shares on a Windows XP station, that is different than a software limiting to 10 session or even 11 now.
So, for me, it's a NComputing locked feature...
